Lighthouse tenants can look forward to prompt, personal service and the highest possible standards - at every stage of the process. And, if you're letting one of our managed properties, we'll ensure you get the best out of your property long after moving day.
A straightforward process
We can process a tenant application in as little as 24 hours. You'll need to complete our application form, pay a one-off admin fee of £150 and provide a bank reference, along with details of your current employer, lender or landlord. You may also need to provide a guarantor, depending on your circumstance.

A secure deposit
All tenants are required to pay a deposit equal to one month's rent. In line with current legislation, all deposits are held in a separate client account. Lighthouse lettings are part of My Deposits Protection Scheme.
