We can process a tenant application in as little as 24 hours. You'll need to complete our application form, pay a one-off admin fee of £150 and provide a bank reference, along with details of your current employer, lender or landlord. You may also need to provide a guarantor, depending on your circumstance.

All tenants are required to pay a deposit equal to one month's rent. In line with current legislation, all deposits are held in a separate client account. Lighthouse lettings are part of My Deposits Protection Scheme.
